Furniture Shipping
Vermont Tree Goods is pleased to ship furniture using White Glove Delivery Service: What does this mean? Your furniture is picked up from Vermont Tree Goods, blanket-wrapped, and carefully packed and transported in custom air-ride suspension vans. Several days prior to arrival, the delivery service will reach out to you to schedule a delivery time that works for you. Upon arrival at your home, a professionally trained delivery team will unpack, inspect, assemble and place your furniture in the room of your choice (certain restrictions may apply), as well as remove all packaging and debris.
After final placement in your home, the delivery team will ask that you inspect the item(s) and sign a receipt of delivery acknowledging that the product is correct as ordered, and not damaged. Be sure to fully inspect the product prior to signing and accepting the order. If you accept a damaged shipment you take full responsibility for the cost of the repair or replacement as well as any return shipping charges. If in doubt, inspect the shipment while the carrier is on location and immediately photo document the area in question. If you reject the shipment due to damage, the cost of the return shipping will be covered by the carrier. Vermont Tree Goods will repair or replace your damaged or defective furniture at our cost and/or give you a full refund as long as you have followed these return instructions. Repair or refund is at the sole discretion of Vermont Tree Goods.
Timing: Please be aware that once your furniture has been picked up from Vermont Tree Goods, it may take 1-3 weeks to arrive to East Coast destinations and 2-5 weeks to arrive to West Coast destinations.

Southeast and Mid-West: $425
-GA, IN, IL, KY, MI, NC, OH, SC, TN, WV, Western PA and Northern NY
– Add $150 for each additional piece
South and West: $600

Additional Charges:
-Please add $150.00 Surcharge to; New York City, Long Island, the Hamptons, and the Florida Keys.
-Please note that additional fees may apply for larger custom furniture, delivery up several flights of stairs, if existing furniture needs to be moved, etc.
